promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy for details on delivery times,

Shipping Rates and Services:
•Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard delivery at a flat rate, with
expected delivery within 5-7 business days.
Processing Time:
•All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
•Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays will be processed the following business
day.
Delivery Delays:
•Occasionally, there may be delays beyond our control (weather, carrier issues,
etc.). We appreciate your patience and are happy to assist with any questions if your
order is delayed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
• If your Eazy Jump Rope arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact
our support team within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work to
resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
